Safran went on to say,

Safran went on to say, “In general, I would say that larger firms, since they have more dedicated resources, are doing a better job launching electronic records policies, establishing and supporting information governance work processes and allocating support personnel to support [information governance management. Firms large and small tend to have similar issues, such as defaulting to a ‘save everything mentality’ and not proactively deleting files on a preset schedule. It’s just that larger firms may have more personnel and technology-focused dollars to chase the problem”.
